PBA Fight Club is operated by PRO Barbers Association, doing business as PRO Barbers Association (“PBA,” “we,” or “us”). These terms govern competitor registration with PBA Fight Club. Event-specific rules supplied before entry also apply to each competition.

PBA Fight Club registration establishes your official competitor status within PBA’s sanctioned barber competition system. It allows you to build an official competition history and pursue ranking and championship opportunities, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements.
Registration is a competition membership. It is not a government-issued barber license, professional certification, employment agreement, or guarantee of a match, ranking position, prize, sponsorship, or championship.
Competitors must be at least 16 years old. Competitors under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete PBA’s consent process before participating. Individual events may have additional age or division requirements disclosed before entry.
You must provide accurate registration details, including your name, valid email address, competition social handle, and city and state. Keep these details current and use your existing competitor identity when renewing. Do not create another profile to hide your record or bypass a restriction.
You are responsible for meeting any licensing, supervision, sanitation, and other requirements applicable to the services you perform. PBA registration does not independently verify or replace those requirements.
The standard annual registration fee is $75, unless a different price or promotion is clearly shown at checkout. Your order confirmation identifies the offer purchased.
Registration lasts 12 months from confirmed payment. Completing your profile later does not restart or extend this period. Complete all required profile information promptly so PBA can associate your registration with the correct competitor record and activate your benefits.
Proposed renewal policy: Registration does not automatically renew. You must purchase renewal to continue active competitor benefits. PBA will not enroll you in automatic billing without separately disclosing the terms and obtaining your authorization.
Expiration ends active registration benefits and active rankings eligibility until renewal. Your verified career record remains associated with your competitor identity.
Annual registration includes official competitor status, a PBA competitor profile, verified career win/loss tracking, rankings eligibility, championship and match-history tracking, a digital competitor certificate, and eligibility to enter sanctioned matchups and pursue championship belts.
Access means eligibility to enter, subject to event rules, capacity, qualification requirements, and any separate entry fee. Registration does not reserve an event place or cover travel, accommodation, models, tools, or other participation costs unless expressly included in the purchased offer.
Free entries, discounts, or other promotional benefits apply only where expressly included in your purchase. PBA will honor benefits included in an earlier purchased offer according to that offer’s terms; this annual registration page does not remove those benefits.
Official career wins and losses remain attached to your competitor identity across seasons and registration renewals. Renewal does not reset your record. New competitors begin at 0–0 unless PBA has verified existing sanctioned results for that competitor.
Rankings use verified results under PBA’s published ranking policy. Career wins are the primary ranking factor under the current career W/L policy; additional factors resolve ties. Registration alone does not secure a particular position.
PBA may correct duplicate entries, identity errors, scoring-entry errors, or other substantiated record inaccuracies. Contact PBA with the relevant event, matchup, and supporting evidence to request a correction.
An advancement, bye, forfeit, or Survivor-round result receives record credit only as determined under that competition’s rules. Advancement does not automatically mean an opponent receives a loss.
Reaching 10 verified official career wins establishes eligibility for National Championship Belt contention, subject to active registration and the applicable championship rules. It does not automatically award a belt or guarantee a championship booking.
Regional belts, title challenges, playoff places, and other championship opportunities have their own qualification and competition requirements. Registration does not guarantee a place in the March 2027 New Jersey playoffs or any share of the advertised $5,000 prize. The relevant event’s published rules govern qualification and prize awards.
Follow the category rules, time limits, submission requirements, deadlines, enhancement restrictions, and judging criteria supplied for each event. Required materials may include before photographs, a time-lapse recording, and after photographs or video.
Submit your own work and accurately identify the competitor who performed it. Do not submit another barber’s work, misrepresent when or how work was completed, manipulate evidence, or use prohibited editing or enhancements.
Late, missing, incomplete, or ineligible submissions may result in elimination, a forfeit, or disqualification under the event’s rules. Results and record treatment will follow those rules. Judging concerns must be submitted through the event’s stated review process; disagreement with a judge’s opinion alone does not establish an error.
Competition and rivalry are welcome. Threats, violence, discriminatory harassment, cheating, impersonation, judge intimidation, and deliberate disruption are prohibited.
PBA may investigate reported violations and apply proportionate measures, including warnings, disqualification, temporary suspension, or termination of registration. When practicable, PBA will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to respond. Immediate restrictions may be imposed where necessary to address safety or competition integrity.
You may request review by contacting PBA with the decision and supporting information. Any effect on results, records, prizes, or fees will be explained under the applicable rules and refund terms.
If PBA declines your registration, PBA will initiate a refund of the registration payment within 2–3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Proposed policy for other requests: You may request a full registration refund before your membership is activated and before using a registration benefit. After activation, the registration fee is generally nonrefundable for a change of mind, inactivity, or failure to enter an event. Duplicate charges, PBA’s failure to provide purchased benefits, and refunds required by applicable law remain eligible for review and remedy.
Event-entry payments are separate from annual registration. Cancellation, postponement, withdrawal, and event-entry refunds follow the terms disclosed for that event. Cancellation of one event does not automatically cancel annual membership; this does not limit any remedy for benefits PBA fails to provide.
Your competition name or handle, submitted profile photograph, city and state, verified record, ranking, and match history may appear on PBA’s public competitor pages and competition coverage. Your private email address and payment details are not intended for public display.
Proposed media permission: You retain ownership of your original submitted content. You grant PBA a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to display, reproduce, and reasonably edit submitted competition photographs and video for judging, results reporting, competition archives, and promotion of PBA competitions. Editing must not materially misrepresent your work or results. This permission does not authorize unrelated third-party endorsements or sale of your likeness.
You must obtain permission from identifiable models and other people featured in your submissions, including parent or guardian permission where needed. Separate releases may be required for live events. Contact PBA about future promotional-use concerns; previously distributed materials and legitimate competition archives may remain, subject to applicable law.
How personal information is collected, used, retained, and handled is explained in PBA’s Acceptance of these terms does not by itself constitute consent to promotional email or text messages.
Use appropriate tools, sanitation practices, and model-care procedures. Follow venue instructions and applicable event safety requirements. Do not perform work outside your lawful qualifications or supervision arrangements.
Live events may require separate participant and model consent forms. Nothing in these registration terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
PBA may update these terms prospectively and will identify the effective date. Material changes affecting an existing paid registration will be communicated directly and will not retroactively remove purchased benefits. New or revised event rules will be supplied before entry; necessary safety or scheduling changes will be communicated promptly.
